You'll arrive and check in to your hotel, settle in, grab a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant, and then head to the first event of the reunion--the Welcome Reception. Here you'll enjoy a choice of desserts and begin to mingle, meet new family members while playing table games (such as Taboo and Outburst), or take a journey through photo albums and hear the tales of family members of the joys and lessons learned of yesteryear. It won't be long until you'll notice you've learned a few new names and hugs are easily and freely exchanged.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel or a nearby restaurant before starting this exciting and fun-filled day.
You'll arrive at Patterson Park by 10 am, joining us in the in-door meeting room for check-in and registration. As check-in continues, you'll join in a fun family ice breaker to get better acquainted with others and learn of your 'team' for the day. Once everyone is checked-in and has received their team assignment, the day will officially start--

-Choice of activities:
1. Family Olympics (tug-of-war, balloon toss, and potato sack races)
2. Family Fellowship & Chat (Family History)
3. Art Fair (bring your own art to display, or join the contest to design the logo for
the next reunion, or create masterful works from coloring pages).
4. Guess Who? (Family Photos/DNA History).
5. Kindergarten Fun (games for children 6 and under)
-Lunch--At 12:30 we'll take a break for lunch. We will enjoy grilled hot dogs, burgers,
or pulled chicken sandwiches; potato chips or potato salad, homemade cookies or
brownies, fresh chilled fruit (such as watermelon), and your choice of ice cold water
or fruit juice.
-Resume activities until 4:00 pm.
-Grounds Clean Up from 4 to 4:30 pm.
-'Under the Twinkle Lights' Awards Ceremony & Dinner from 5 - 7pm

After enjoying a good night's rest, you'll join the family at 10:00 am for morning Praise and Worship, followed by a Farewell Reception. We'll join in one voice to give God glory and praise for faith, family, and future.

Registration Fee (covers venue, food, activities, marketing, supplies, etc. for Fri/Sat/Sun.) :

Children (Ages 6 - 17) - $35/person

PayPal--First, you'll want to print and complete the Registration Form (see below). By
doing so, you will determine the amount to submit using PayPal.
Second, you will visit the Reunion PayPal page at
www.paypal.me/blackmonstallworth. Once there, you'll see our Reunion Logo and be
provided with instructions on how to make a payment using PayPal. Please know if
you choose to give online, a small processing/transaction fee is applied by PayPal.
Make sure to print and keep your payment confirmation.
Lastly, write a note at the top of your registration form, providing the date and
amount of your PayPal payment and receipt number. Next, scan your registration
form and create a .pdf (or, if able, scan directly to email and email your registration
form to email@example.com). Then email the .pdf to

Final date for mail/online registration and payment is July 6, 2018.
There will be an opportunity to register and pay at the reunion. However, payments are to be in CASH ONLY. Also, you will need to email the Reunion Planning Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org by July 6 to indicate the number of people in your party. This will ensure adequate food is purchased, as well as seating, etc.
